Sir James Outram, Baronet, is buried in the nave. He was an officer in the East India Company and spent most of his life there.

In the west cloister of Westminster Abbey is a stone and black marble memorial to members of the Indian Civil Service from 1858 to 1947.

Sir George Pollock, army officer, was buried in the nave, to the west of Lord Clyde. He was the fifth son of David Pollock.
